Strength & Conditioning
This class focuses on building strength and increasing muscle endurance in a safe, enjoyable, and challenging way! You will increase strength, speed, and mobility using a mixture of compound lifts, functional movements, and boosts of aerobic power. You will leave class feeling strong and able to take on the world!
Advanced Strength & Conditioning
This un-coached class requires all participants to be able to follow written programing with minimal instruction. Our competition class is designed to help athletes train toward higher skill levels. We focus on elements that generally occur in competition, while at the same time providing a balanced base to be ready for anything. The only requirements are Crossfit experience and an open mind to challenge yourself.
This is a total body, high intensity, HIIT-style class to help increase muscular and cardiovascular endurance. This class utilizes strength conditioning and max aerobics to help you in all areas of your training and life!
This class focuses on the three Olympic Weightlifting movements: the Clean, the Jerk, & the Snatch. We break down these elegant & intricate movements into manageable pieces to set you up for success. By integrating individual pieces with innovative drills that use volume rather than weight, you’ll have the time to practice & refine before putting it all together. Reliable exercises & teaching methods break down the confusion and give you the keys to unlock the rewarding & enriching world of these amazing lifts.
Functional Strength Conditioning
This class focuses on body composition by using tempo training and compound, functional movements with a goal of improved strength, muscle mass, and muscle development. Taught by enthusiastic and motivational coaches to help you reach your aesthetic and strength goals.
This class focuses on foundational skills and building strength with a beginner-focused approach. Younger athletes will increase strength, speed, and mobility using a mixture of compound lifts, functional movements, and hands-on instruction Taught by knowledgeable and certified coaches, participants will leave class feeling confident on their fitness journey.
Low Voltage Classes
AcroYoga is a multi-disciplinary partner or group yoga practice that combines yoga with acrobatics, circus arts, cheerleading, and dance acro-partner yoga. AcroYoga provides a playful and safe environment, building a loving, nourishing community. In this class, you will increase balance, strength, and muscle endurance, while benefiting from a centered, mindful approach. This class is low impact and modifiable for all fitness levels.
Myofascial Release with a Foam Roller
Myofascial release (self massage) with light stretching. Perfect before or after any workout. This class will focus on down-regulation, understanding basic breathing mechanics for relaxation, stress relief, and foam rolling fundamentals. All levels are welcome.

Vinyasa yoga, also called “flow” because of the smooth way the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. It’s a broad classification that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and power yoga. This class will increase balance, strength, and flexibility in a moderately-paced, meditative environment.
This class will help you reach your flexibility goals and increase your range of movement in both fitness and everyday settings. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with postures being held for longer periods of time than in other styles of yoga. This class is essential for anyone with muscle tightness, body pain, and low range of movement.
